COUNTRY OF DELIVERY: CZECH REPUBLIC
Delivery of the goods: Goods will be delivered to you within 48 hours at the latest after the carrier’s taking over the goods. The package will be delivered right to your home or the place where you work.
Regular working hours for delivering packages at this kind of transport are working days from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. You can check the actual status of your package at www.generalparcel.cz.
First choose „Sledování zásilek” and then „Vnitrostátní“. Type number of your parcel which was sent to you via e-mail on the day when we sent the parcel in the frame: „Type number of your parcel“.
You can pay for goods by bank transfer before we send it or by cash on delivery at the moment of taking over the parcel.
The transport is fully paid for by the customer:
Price for delivery without cash on delivery: 150 Kč
Price for delivery with cash on delivery: 200 Kč
Restrictions: For safety reasons during the transportation the maximum ordered amount of product number 100 Bio-ethanol 3l is restricted to 10 packages (30 litres).
Complaining about mechanical damage caused during transportation: Customer is obliged to check the package of the goods at the carrier’s presence and only take it over if it is not damaged in any way. If it be to the contrary it is necessary to produce a letter of dispute or refuse to take over the parcel. Mechanical damage to the goods received in a non-damaged parcel needs to be announced within 3 days after taking the parcel over. Later complaints of this character will not be taken into consideration.
